Dr. Scott has reported some detail indicating that Mike and Lisa will soon be landing in London on their return trip:
I noted on Virgin Atlantic's website this am that Mike and Lisa left Nairobi at about 2AM EST and is scheduled to arrive in London at about 11AM EST today (Monday). Be in prayer for their safety, arrival of intact luggage, help with their luggage, and smooth transition from plane to hotel.
As you pray for Mike and Lisa's safe return, please also pray for Michael and Joe Joe and Mike and Cindy as they celebrate Christ's birth with child away from home. As is the case with every year, 2009 looks to be a very blessed year for our extended body.

Today - Tuesday, December 22 - Mike and Lisa have left London and are traveling to Chicago. They left London at about 6AM EDT (11AM London time), and are scheduled to arrive in Chicago at 1:30PM EDT (2:30PM Chicago time). They are nearing home, bearing gifts of wonder for us all. Tim

Mike and Lisa arrived in Kentucky at about 5PM on December 24. From Mike's account, the journey was safe, remarkably smooth, comfortable, and remarkably free of travail (with the exception of the "candy bar incident" and a one hour delay out of Chicago). Mike and Lisa are tired, but recuperating. They have many stories and insights to share with the body in the coming days and weeks. Tim Scott
