Happy for One Reason

This is a secular solution to an ageless problem but some of her research is very interesting and the three solutions she shared were right on.

Research:
1) Less than 30% of people report being "Deeply Happy"
2) We have about 60,000 thoughts a day and on average 80% are negative.
3) 95% of today's thoughts are the same as yesterday

Actions:
1) Don't believe everything you think.
2) Let Love led.
3) Be thankful and express that thankfulness

It is interesting as a believer to see the underlining force behind this research. Our common enemy is the father of lies and half the time the thoughts you have are not your own. They are temptations and accusations straight from the pit and they smell of smoke.

Dear saints, let us not be ignorant of the enemy's ploys. Learn the truth of who you are, know it, believe it and submit to the Lord (Rom 6:6-13). That is the first step to happiness.
