Praise God!
I went to Stacy Wilkerson's house today to help her hang some curtains, and she told me that she had talked with Paul and that he is already OUT OF AFGANISTAN and is on his way to Fort Dix for a debriefing before being shipped home!
He will be picked up by Stacy and family next Thursday 3/6 at the Louisville airport! One more week of separation and then a sweet reunion with his family.
Give thanks to God for his faithfulness in getting Paul through his service in Afganistan safely, and continue to pray for his trip home and the reacquainting of himself and his family together in the coming weeks.
I'm sure we'll have another pot blessed meal within a few weeks to welcome Paul back to CAT, but that will be planned a little later.
Thanks,
Dan

UK Library Rappelling!
Okay, so I know that I'm like a year late on this one but Kent Billingsley just showed me this video where some guys secretly rappelled inside William T. Young Library and in the middle of the day and did not get caught. I know many of you are either UK students or alumni so you'll enjoy this greatly. I was very impressed with the level of planning that must have went into this stunt.

No FNL Teaching
Hey Tatesbrookers,
Bad news; there will not be teaching on Friday. That also means there will be no pot pie. I know, double shucks. I (Travis) caught a not so nice bug and that means my family will most likely join me this weekend in sick-town. So, with respect to good health we are dodging our responsibilities for yet another week. Sorry.
I know that two groups have decided to move their meetings to Friday night and of course you do not need my permission but the groups are still welcome to meet. So please do not allow my sickness to inhibit the good times for all.
See you next Friday (Lord willing)

UK Campus Crusade Needs Our Help!
Hey gang!
This past Sunday Abigale Bennett shared a need of one of our campus ministries (CCC). They are hosting a fund raiser via the great sport of golf! This is a unique opportunity that we have been given and I hope that some of us will be able to take part!
How it works.
1. The golfing is FREE!!! Players form teams and each player raises a charitable donation for CCC.
2. The player can be sponsored so much $ per hole or given a flat rate contribution.
3. Businesses can "purchase" holes to advertise on. Example: LexMark hole #3.
4. All the money raised goes to the local ministry of CCC.
5. You don't have to golf to be involved. You can do anything from raising money to caddying for a team!
Who to Contact?
If you are interested in helping out or donating please contact Abigail Bennett.

BCM Mystery Dinner for Summer Missions
A few BCM students ( including our very own Ashlyn Bruce ) will be heading for the Dominican Republic to help villages install, use and maintain a water purification system and teach them what to do with clean water.
Although Ashlyn has already raised all of her support, the dinner theater is still a great activity for all of the couples at Tatesbrook attend in support of Ashlyn and Amber's production that will benefit summer missions.
To encourage greater participation by the body in support of the dinner theater, any couple that enables another couple to go by babysitting the opposite night will have their tickets paid for.. a savings of $35 ( plus "free" babysitting )... on Valentine's weekend!

FAT folks at Dare2Share
When the rest of the world is chasing physical fitness, exercise and competition in sports. These three men were demonstrably FAT at the Dare2Share conference in Columbus.
Well, Kevin, they don't look FAT, they just look comfortable in those massage chairs.
As James Davis learned from his days working with Campus Crusade. God wants his children to be FAT. In order to serve God and grow in Him, you must be Faithful, Available and Teachable.
Three cheers for these three guys that dropped everything to help out current and former members of One Way at Southern Middle School. They really did a great job all weekend.
